QRTECH establishes operations in Jönköping

For much of the 2000s QRTECH has been developing products for customers in the Jönköping area. In our continual endeavor to give our customers the best possible added value, we have now decided to set up permanent operations in Jönköping. The Jönköping region is one of the economically strongest regions in Sweden. We hope to use our expertise and experience in embedded systems, power electronics and energy management to help the region grow even stronger.

We will combine the strong entrepreneurial spirit of the companies in the Jönköping region with our profile, which includes extensive research and product development, to develop new products and create new business opportunities for our customers. For other types of projects, we will contribute with qualified consultants for company skills provision. Our goal is to build up local operations with the same profile as the Gothenburg office. During this build-up phase, we will supplement operations with resources from Gothenburg.

We chose Science Park in the heart of Jönköping for our location and will be moving in during January 2010. Science Park is a focus for knowledge-intensive businesses and driven entrepreneurs, a perfect match for QRTECH's profile. Establishment in Jönköping is under the leadership of Lars Carlsson, who has many years' experience of assignments in the Jönköping area. With his extensive expertise and experience in product development, Lars hopes to be able to provide good service to each and every customer.
